Division: Building / Energy

The division Building/Energy focusses on modular automization concepts for shop chains and franchises.

The solution, especially developed for shop chains, offers a complete feature set for remote services. It is based on the software product CenterSight®.

The following devices can be integrated: Air condition, light (indoor and/or outdoor), visitor counter, alarm equipment, doors, electric meters. Via web browser and in real time users can access status information, such as energy consumption, temperatures, alarms. An automatic fault detection system informs service technicians by e-mail and SMS.

Remote service for shops chains

By web browser users can change parameters, such as setpoint values for room temperatures oder usage times. At management level, consumption and cost calculations as well as various statistical analysis are available. These applications are provided by CenterSight®.

The Building/Energy division maintains cooperations with partner companies in the areas of building automization, air conditioning and system integration.
