Customer-centric approach

New business ideas have to excite customers. Otherwise they are just innovations without a market. During the business design phase, the important thing is to see things from the customer’s perspective and integrate target group feedback right from the start.

Short learning cycles

It is pointless to wait for years before introducing an innovation to the market. We recommend conducting tests at short intervals to incrementally build up knowledge about the target market.

Thinking by Doing

Business ideas cannot be implemented properly without preliminary testing. We therefore strongly emphasize testing prototypes and service simulations under real-life conditions.

Facts before opinions

Not considering other opinions is risky. This is why we systematically enrich our core hypotheses with facts before starting the analysis. This lets us assess market developments more accurately.

In collaboration with Device Insight, we were able to set up our job data management exactly the way we envisioned it. The system guarantees seamless data transfer between our agricultural machines and the farmer’s PC software. Our customers’ response to features such as streamlined options for applying inputs in an optimized fashion, working documentation, and the transmission of waylines and field boundaries for lane guidance, have been overwhelmingly positive. In addition to Fendt, we are therefore also linking other group brands, such as Massey Ferguson, Challenger und Valtra to the CENTERSIGHT® IoT platform. We are also planning to add smartphone apps for digital data exchange soon.
